What are the shipping times and costs?
Order processing times vary from 1 to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from receipt of payment. Once entrusted to the courier, orders are usually delivered within 24/48H. However, delivery times may vary based on the period and the availability of the courier.
The cost is €7.90. For orders over €69 it is free.

Do you do returns and refunds?
Return and refund policies for handmade products may vary, but generally the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items, unless they are defective, as they are made to measure according to the customer's specific requests.
In case of defect, the product may be replaced with the same item.
